Dear Friends,
The Virtual Open House has officially launched ahead of our first scheduled event, November 1 at noon. You can register for the Zoom session with teacers and faculty here.
Moreover, you can virtually tour our grounds and content at www.saintpaulschoirschool.us/virtual-open-house. From here on out, I'll guide you through this exciting new page's offerings.
The first stop is a message of welcome and the link for our scheduled Zoom Open House on November 1. If you are registered, you will have also received an email with the invite and the password.
This foray into the digital world marks a new level of interactivity for our school community, and a new level of connection with each prospective family. On the Virtual Open House page, visitors can see each of our main floors as a 3-D isometric floor plan. Clicking on the plan will allow vistors to tour the school at their leisure with 360-degree views of the first floor, third floor, fourth floor, and church. Each room on each floor connects with the other, allowing for easy navigation. Each room also features introductions to the teachers, photographs, and videos. If that doesn't sound immersive enough, it is also compatible with Virtual Reality head sets!
Speaking of videos, the video tab will take families to a collection of five important videos. The first is a guided video tour of the school. Second, an introduction to our partnership with Designing Talent and Teaching with Technology for our virtual instruction. We also have a reflection from an alumnus, Padriac Farma '97, who is a video and audio engineer. Lastly, you can learn about the mission of Saint Paul's in your choice of a one-minute video or a five-minute video.
On the Virtual Open House page you will also find our brochure for the 2020-2021 school year and links to our social media platforms.
Please join us in celebrating and sharing the mission of Saint Paul' Choir School in these new, interactive ways. And don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or comments.
Sincerely,
Patrick
